1. Diagnostics – We performed diagnostics in the Focus360 formula – 3D imaging, intraoral scan.
2. Treatment plan – After analyzing the diagnostics and discussing the patient’s expectations, we qualified him for comprehensive treatment and prepared a FocusComplex treatment plan.
3. Treatment
   • Surgical part: Placement of 6 implants in the All-on-6 formula in the upper arch – performed by Dr. Bartosz Pietrys.
   • Prosthetic part: Full-ceramic crowns, porcelain veneers, and prosthetic work mounted on implants – performed by Dr. Maksym Serhiienko with the PerfectLab prosthetic laboratory.
   • Treatment coordination: Patient coordinator Weronika Sternik.
