For aesthetic treatments we most commonly use::
INVISIBLE ORTHODONTIC ALIGNERS (INVISALIGN®, PRO SMILE®)
Invisalign® and Pro Smile® are modern orthodontic systems in the form of transparent, invisible aligners. Their purpose is to properly align teeth in the arch. Their advantage is that they can be removed and cleaned at any time.
Although they are an alternative to traditional solutions, they are unfortunately not suitable for correcting every defect. The doctor decides whether aligner treatment is appropriate for the patient after thorough diagnostics.
FIXED BRACES
Fixed orthodontic appliances consist of brackets (metal or cosmetic) bonded for the duration of treatment, ligatures (elastic elements) and an archwire.
Orthodontic treatment is planned by the doctor based on diagnostics (including cephalometric X-rays).
AESTHETIC BRACES
This type of fixed orthodontic appliance is characterized by minimal visibility. They are made of crystal, ceramic or porcelain.
They enable effective orthodontic treatment while maintaining complete or partial transparency.
STAGE I - BEFORE TREATMENT
DIAGNOSIS
The basis of treatment is a thorough examination of the patient to determine the condition and feasibility of the procedure.
At Focus Clinic, the examination takes place in our modern radiology laboratory. We perform tests including 3D panoramic imaging with MyRay (enabling three-dimensional images, including lateral (cephalometric) images), as well as specialized digital scanning.
This allows for precise examination and thus increases the guarantee of procedure success.
CONSULTATION AND TREATMENT PLAN
A detailed plan is created based on data obtained during diagnosis and discussion with the patient. We determine an individual treatment process, timeline and proposed costs for each patient.
At Focus Clinic, as part of the Focus System®, patients receive a detailed treatment plan divided into 3 stages free of charge: what needs to be done, what should be done, and what can be done.
An additional convenience offered by Focus Clinic is treatment with installment payments, which enables completing full treatment in a short time.
STAGE II - TREATMENT
BRACES PLACEMENT
The orthodontic appliance is individually designed and made from high-quality materials. A specially prepared model is placed on the patient’s teeth. The placement method depends on the type of appliance chosen.
The appliance’s task is to achieve proper alignment of teeth in the dental arch, as well as restore correct occlusion between the maxilla and mandible.
FOLLOW-UP VISITS
Depending on the situation and adopted plan, the doctor informs about the estimated treatment duration and follow-up visit schedule. During visits, the appliance is adjusted, which guarantees treatment success.
STAGE III - AFTER TREATMENT
APPLIANCE REMOVAL
After orthodontic appliance removal, discoloration may remain on teeth, which is why patients often opt for aesthetic treatments (including Beyond whitening, ICON).
