All in One is Focus Clinic’s proprietary full-arch restoration concept, combining precision implantology (4 or 6 implants placed in the safest bone sections), digital treatment planning, and the execution of the final prosthetic restoration in our own Perfect Lab laboratory into a single, cohesive process. The key difference compared to traditional protocols such as All-on-4 or All-on-6 lies not in the surgery itself, but in comprehensive patient guidance throughout the entire process within a single organization, without dispersing steps between different offices, laboratories, or diagnostic centers.
This means that from the initial consultation at Focus Box, through Focus 360 diagnostics and Focus Smile Design, to implant placement, immediate loading of temporary work, and the final restoration from Perfect Lab, the patient is guided by a single team of implant surgeons, prosthetists, and technicians. A dedicated Patient Advisor coordinates the entire process. This approach provides patients with complete financial predictability, a clear schedule, and quality control at every stage.
Besides its organizational model, All in One also stands out for its approach to final aesthetics. Instead of the classic FP3 design, which recreates both teeth and artificial gums, we strive for an effect similar to FP1, in which teeth appear as if they were growing naturally from the patient’s own gums. We achieve this through digital analysis of facial proportions, implant placement planning, and individual design of tooth shape and position at the Perfect Lab. This is especially important for patients who prioritize a natural-looking smile in everyday life, in conversation, and in photos.
All in One Treatment at Focus Clinic
The core of the All in One method is a fully digital treatment planning process. We begin with a 3D computed tomography (CT) scan as part of Focus 360 diagnostics, which allows us to create a three-dimensional model of the patient’s bone and precisely assess the anatomical conditions in both sections of the arch. Based on this data, we design the position of each implant using specialized software to ensure they are placed in the strongest and best-preserved bone sections. This allows us to avoid areas of atrophy and, in most cases, avoid extensive bone augmentation.
Then, as part of the Focus Smile Design standard, we create a digital design of the final smile tailored to the patient’s facial proportions, smile line, and aesthetic expectations. The patient sees the anticipated final result before the procedure, which changes the way treatment decisions are made. Instead of accepting a general proposal, they consciously choose the shape, proportions, and color of their future smile.
The surgical procedure involves the placement of four or six implants, depending on the patient’s bone condition and the adopted treatment plan. It is performed under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia with an anesthesiologist’s assistance, depending on the scope of the procedure and the patient’s preferences. The procedure typically takes 2 to 3 hours. Immediately after implantation, the prosthetic team secures a screw-mounted temporary bridge to the implants using an immediate loading protocol. The patient leaves the clinic with a full arch of teeth, without a period of edentulism and without returning to a removable denture.
The temporary bridge serves for the osseointegration period, which lasts 4 to 6 months. During this time, the patient can function, eat, speak, and work normally, and the Focus Clinic team monitors the healing process during follow-up visits at 3, 7, 14, and 30 days post-procedure. After osseointegration is complete, we take digital impressions and design the final full-arch restoration at the Perfect Lab. Three material options are available for the final restoration: acrylic, ceramic-metal, and high-aesthetic porcelain. In the All in One method, we particularly often use zirconia or porcelain, due to their aesthetic properties, which are crucial for achieving an FP1-like result. This method is designed for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth in the maxillary or mandibular arch, have been wearing removable dentures for years and feel uncomfortable with them, have bone loss and have been told elsewhere that treatment is impossible, or want to avoid the need for a multi-professional approach. All in One is particularly effective for those who prioritize predictable treatment, natural aesthetic results, and a short time to functional smile restoration.
What is the difference between All in One and All-on-4 and All-on-6?
All-on-4 and All-on-6 are specific surgical protocols, differing in the number of implants supporting the full-arch restoration (4 or 6). All-in-One is a broader concept, encompassing both options in a single treatment process. This means that with All-in-One, we select the 4- or 6-implant option for you based on 3D diagnostics, and then conduct the entire treatment process (from initial consultation to final prosthetic restoration) in a single clinic, as one coherent organizational, financial, and aesthetic process.
Will I receive my teeth on the day of the procedure?
Yes. All in One is based on an immediate loading protocol. After placing four or six implants, the prosthetic team attaches a screw-retained temporary bridge to them the same day. You leave the clinic with a full arch of teeth that restores chewing function, clear speech, and the aesthetics of your smile. The temporary bridge serves for a period of osseointegration, after which it is replaced with the final bridge, which is manufactured at the Perfect Lab.
How long does the entire All in One treatment process take?
The time from the initial consultation to the placement of the final prosthetic restoration typically ranges from 5 to 8 months. The first stage involves an initial consultation and contact with the Patient’s Caregiver (within 48 hours of the appointment). Next, we perform a full Focus 360 diagnostic assessment and a Focus Smile Design (2 to 3 weeks). On the day of the procedure, we place the implants and secure the temporary restoration. Osseointegration takes 4 to 6 months, and the final 4 to 8 weeks are devoted to the design and fabrication of the final full-arch restoration.
Does bone loss preclude All in One treatment?
In most cases, no. A key element of All in One is placing implants in the strongest and best-preserved bone segments, which allows us to bypass atrophic areas without the need for extensive augmentation. This allows us to also treat patients who have been told by other clinics that they are not suitable for implants. In extreme cases, when bone loss is so profound that it prevents the placement of four or six implants in the traditional positions, we consider alternative solutions (zygomatic implants or custom implants).
Does All in One allow you to avoid bone grafting?
In most cases, yes. Precise positioning of four or six implants in the strongest bone segments, often using angled posterior implant placement, allows for avoiding atrophic zones and avoiding extensive bone augmentation and sinus lift procedures. This allows the patient to avoid months of preparatory procedures, shortening treatment time by up to a year.
What kind of bridge will be fitted on the day of the procedure?
On the day of the procedure, we place a screw-retained temporary bridge, which restores chewing function, speech, and the aesthetics of your smile from the first hour after implant placement. This is not a removable, fixed prosthesis, but a permanent structure attached directly to the implants. The temporary bridge serves for the osseointegration period (4 to 6 months), after which it is replaced with a permanent full-arch bridge fabricated at the Perfect Lab.
What are the recommendations after the All in One treatment?
After the procedure, you will receive a package of recommendations, a prescription for painkillers and an antibiotic, and follow-up appointments at 3, 7, 14, and 30-day intervals. For the first two weeks, you must follow a soft diet, avoid chewing hard foods, refrain from intense physical activity, and refrain from saunas, swimming pools, and sunbathing. You will maintain oral hygiene according to your doctor’s instructions. Your patient care provider will remain in constant contact with you throughout your recovery period.
How long do teeth on implants last at All in One?
With proper hygiene and regular checkups every six months, implants alone last 20 to 30 years or longer, and the implants are covered by a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. A full-arch restoration typically lasts 10 to 20 years and can be serviced or replaced without damaging the implants themselves. The durability of the solution depends on home hygiene, regular checkups, parafunctional habits (bruxism may require the use of a protective splint), and overall health.
How much does All in One treatment cost at Focus Clinic?
The cost of All in One treatment is determined individually based on the 3D diagnostics and the scope of necessary procedures. The quote covers all stages of treatment: diagnostics, implants, temporary restoration on the day of the procedure, and the final full-arch restoration. Each patient receives a clear treatment plan with a full estimate before treatment begins, with no hidden costs. An implant consultation costs between 150 and 200 PLN. You will receive the final treatment plan in writing after the Focus 360 diagnosis.
Can I pay for All in One in installments?
Yes, at Focus Clinic, we offer three forms of treatment financing: MediRaty, Confinio, and PayDent (deferred payment). Because All in One treatment is a long-term investment, paying in installments is often crucial when deciding to begin treatment.
