    Treatment in the
    ALLINONE formula

Everything in one place — all-inclusive dental treatment

The ALL IN ONE procedure was developed
for patients who expect comprehensive dental treatment in one place — under the care of a team of specialists, within a predictable and possibly short timeframe.
    If you live:

    • abroad
    • anywhere in Poland
    • near Focus Clinic

and dream of a healthy, beautiful smile, but are discouraged by the idea of multiple visits spread over time, the All in One program at Focus Clinic is a solution created for you.
We combine world-class dentistry, advanced equipment, and flawless organization to complete implant and prosthetic treatment even within a few days rather than months.

Why can treatment in the ALL IN ONE formula be effectively completed in a short time?

    01

    Everything in one place

Treatment at Focus Clinic is comprehensive treatment — doctors and the non-medical team perform all necessary procedures to ensure successful treatment, from diagnostics and planning to treatment, improvement of dental aesthetics, and recovery. We have created a special rest area where patients after major procedures undergo hilotherapy for greater healing comfort.

    02

    Focus System

Focus System is our proprietary individual dental treatment system. Thanks to it, we are able to condense complex treatment to the absolute minimum. Forget about multiple trips — all procedures are carried out during one precisely planned stay. Based on the photos you send and an online consultation, you receive a treatment plan, schedule, and cost estimate before you even decide to travel.

    03

    Smile makeover specialists

At Focus Clinic, doctors from all dental specialties — our team includes more than 50 doctors — work as a team, consult with one another, and jointly choose the most beneficial treatment methods for each patient. As a result, we respond to all patient needs related to dental health and aesthetics. This is how smile makeovers with a “WOW” effect are created.

    04

    Prosthetic laboratory

An important part of treatment in one place within the ALL IN ONE formula is our own Perfect Lab prosthetic laboratory. Because we work internally, prosthetic restorations are made faster and fit the patient’s anatomy better. Our technicians create all-ceramic prosthetic restorations that are highly aesthetic and resistant to discoloration.

    05

Patients who underwent treatment in the All IN ONE formula at Focus Clinic

Discover the stories of our patients from abroad.

Mrs. Wioletta, wanting to regain confidence and comfort in everyday life, decided to travel from London,
where she lives, to Focus Clinic in Poland. Her goal was to fulfill her dream of a beautiful and healthy smile. Having heard about the high standard of procedures and comprehensive approach to treatment, she knew that she would find the help she needed with us.

    1

    Diagnostics and planning

Mrs. Wioletta sent us photos of her smile and a 3D tomography scan performed in her country. Based on this, we prepared a preliminary treatment plan. After the plan was accepted and the online consultation took place, our patient coordinator organized all necessary appointments with specialists.

    Surgical stage

Dr. Jerzy Sowiński performed the key All-on-6 procedure, which involved removing the remaining upper teeth and placing six implants on which a temporary restoration was fitted.

At the same time, Dr. Patryk Felczak took care of the aesthetics of the lower dental arch by performing professional hygiene treatment and aesthetic bonding in the natural A01 shade.

    3

    Aesthetic stage

After 6 months, the treatment was completed with the placement of the final zirconia bridge, designed by Dr. Natalia Matel in cooperation with the Perfect Lab prosthetic laboratory.

    FAQ

Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about ALL IN ONE

Who is All in One for?

This method is dedicated to patients who have lost most or all teeth in the upper or lower arch, have worn removable dentures for years and do not feel comfortable with them, have bone loss and were told elsewhere that treatment is impossible, or want to avoid fragmented treatment across multiple clinics. All in One is especially suitable for people who prioritize process predictability, a natural aesthetic result, and a short time to functional smile restoration.

How does All in One differ from All-on-4 and All-on-6?

All-on-4 and All-on-6 are specific surgical protocols that differ in the number of implants supporting a full-arch restoration: 4 or 6. All in One is a broader concept that includes both variants within one treatment process. This means that within All in One, we choose either the 4-implant or 6-implant option for you based on 3D diagnostics, and then carry out the entire treatment process — from the initial consultation to the final prosthetic restoration — in one clinic, as one coherent organizational, financial, and aesthetic process.

Will I receive teeth on the day of the procedure?

Yes. All in One is based on an immediate loading protocol. After placing 4 or 6 implants, the prosthetic team attaches a screw-retained temporary bridge to them on the same day. You leave the clinic with a full dental arch that restores chewing function, clear speech, and smile aesthetics. The temporary restoration is used during the osseointegration period, after which we replace it with the final restoration made in the Perfect Lab laboratory.

How long does the entire All in One treatment process take?

From the first consultation to the placement of the final prosthetic restoration, the process usually takes 5 to 8 months. The first stage is the initial consultation and contact with the Patient Coordinator, within 48 hours of submitting the request. Next, we perform full Focus 360 diagnostics and prepare the Focus Smile Design project, which takes 2 to 3 weeks. On the day of the procedure, we place the implants and attach the temporary restoration. Osseointegration takes 4 to 6 months, and the final 4 to 8 weeks are dedicated to designing and fabricating the final full-arch restoration.

Does bone loss exclude All in One treatment?

In most cases, no. A key element of All in One is placing implants in the strongest and best-preserved areas of bone, which allows us to bypass atrophic areas without the need for extensive augmentation. This is why we also treat patients who were told at other clinics that they do not qualify for implants. In extreme cases, when bone loss is so severe that placing 4 or 6 implants in classic positions is impossible, we consider alternative solutions such as zygomatic implants or custom implants.

Does All in One make it possible to avoid bone grafting?

In most cases, yes. Precise positioning of 4 or 6 implants in the strongest sections of bone, often using angled placement of the posterior implants, allows us to bypass areas of bone loss and avoid extensive bone augmentation procedures and sinus lift surgery. As a result, the patient avoids many months of preparatory procedures, shortening the treatment time by even up to a year.

What bridge will be attached on the day of the procedure?

On the day of the procedure, we attach a screw-retained temporary bridge that restores chewing function, speech, and smile aesthetics from the first hour after implant placement. It is not a removable tissue-supported denture, but a fixed structure attached directly to the implants. The temporary bridge is used during the osseointegration period, which lasts 4 to 6 months, after which we replace it with the final full-arch restoration made in the Perfect Lab laboratory.

What are the recommendations after the All in One procedure?

After the procedure, you receive a set of recommendations, a prescription for painkillers and an antibiotic, as well as scheduled follow-up visits after 3, 7, 14, and 30 days. For the first 2 weeks, a soft diet is required, hard foods should be avoided, intense physical effort is not allowed, and sauna, swimming pool, and sunbathing should be avoided. Oral hygiene should be carried out according to the doctor’s instructions. The Patient Coordinator remains in constant contact with you throughout the recovery period.

How long do teeth on implants in All in One last?

With proper hygiene and regular check-ups every 6 months, the implants themselves last 20 to 30 years or longer, and the implants are covered by a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. The final full-arch restoration usually lasts 10 to 20 years and can be serviced or replaced without interfering with the implants themselves. The durability of the solution depends on home hygiene, regular check-ups, parafunctional habits such as bruxism, which may require the use of a protective splint, and overall health.

How much does All in One treatment cost at Focus Clinic?

The cost of All in One treatment is determined individually based on 3D diagnostics and the scope of required procedures. The estimate includes all stages of treatment: diagnostics, implants, the temporary restoration on the day of the procedure, and the final full-arch restoration. Every patient receives a clear treatment plan with a full cost estimate before therapy begins, with no hidden costs. An implantology consultation costs from PLN 150 to PLN 200. You receive the final treatment plan in writing after Focus 360 diagnostics.

Can I pay for All in One in installments?

Yes, at Focus Clinic we offer three forms of treatment financing: MediRaty, Confinio, and PayDent, which is deferred payment. Because All in One treatment is a long-term investment, spreading the cost into installments is often decisive when deciding to begin therapy. The Patient Coordinator will help you choose the optimal financing option and plan the payment schedule according to the stages of treatment: separately for the surgical stage and separately for the prosthetic stage.
