The third option is a full-arch denture on 6 implants using All-on-6 technology, recommended for higher chewing loads, higher bone density, and demanding functional conditions. The choice of option is a joint decision between the patient and the treating dentist, made after a Focus 360 diagnosis and bone health analysis. How We Choose a Treatment Option—From Focus 360 Diagnostics to Planning
Full-arch implant-supported restorations require particularly precise planning, as the prosthetic structure places a completely different load on the implants than a single crown or bridge on multiple teeth. At Focus Clinic, we begin treatment with a Focus 360 diagnostic, which involves performing a 3D computed tomography (CT), a 2D digital X-ray, and an intraoral scan. The 3D tomography allows us to assess the amount and density of bone in both sections of the arch, safely plan the implant insertion angle, avoid the maxillary sinuses and alveolar nerve, and decide whether the All-on-4 option is sufficient or whether the All-on-6 is a better solution. A key advantage of the All-on-4 and All-on-6 technologies is the ability to apply immediate loading. This means that on the day of the implant procedure, the patient immediately receives a temporary restoration attached to the implants, ensuring they don’t leave the clinic without teeth. Temporary restorations restore aesthetics, chewing function, and clear speech from day one, which is of paramount functional and emotional importance in edentulous treatment. Most patients return to daily activities within a few days of treatment, with stable, visible, and comfortable teeth. Full-arch implants are placed under local anesthesia, often with the addition of sedation or general anesthesia in demanding cases. The procedure typically takes 90 to 150 minutes. Over the next 3 to 6 months, the implants fuse with the bone through the process of osseointegration, while the patient uses the temporary restoration. We then take digital impressions and design the final prosthetic restoration in the Perfect Lab laboratory. The final restoration can be fabricated in three material variants, selected based on the patient’s priorities: acrylic restoration (basic durability and aesthetics), ceramic-metal restoration (greater durability), and highly aesthetic porcelain restoration (the highest level of natural appearance). Direct collaboration between the surgeon, prosthetist, and technician at Perfect Lab within a single organization allows us to monitor every stage of the reconstruction and quickly correct details. What is the difference between All on 4 and All on 6 dentures?
All-on-4 is a full-arch reconstruction on four implants, two of which are placed at an angle to avoid areas of bone atrophy and allow for the procedure to be performed without additional augmentation. All-on-6 utilizes six implants and is recommended for better bone conditions, higher occlusal loads, and demanding functional cases. The greater number of implants in All-on-6 means more even distribution of chewing forces and a longer lifespan of the structure.
Will the implant-supported denture be fitted on the day of the procedure?
The All-on-4 and All-on-6 variants utilize immediate loading, meaning the patient receives the temporary implant-attached prosthesis on the same day the procedure is performed. You don’t leave the clinic without teeth. The temporary prosthesis serves you for the period of osseointegration (3 to 6 months), after which it is replaced with the final prosthetic prosthesis, manufactured at Perfect Lab.
Does a full arch denture have a palate?
The All-on-4 and All-on-6 full-arch dentures lack a palate, as the implants, not the mucosal support surface, provide structural stability. The absence of a palate means full taste sensation, freedom of speech, and the absence of the gag reflex that occurs in patients wearing traditional fixed dentures.
How long does treatment with an implant-supported denture take from the first visit?
The time from the initial consultation to the placement of the final prosthetic typically ranges from 5 to 8 months. The first 2 to 3 weeks involve the Focus 360 diagnosis and treatment plan preparation. On the day of the procedure, we place the implants and secure the temporary prosthetic. Osseointegration takes 3 to 6 months. The final 4 to 8 weeks are devoted to the design, fabrication, and fitting of the final prosthetic in the Perfect Lab laboratory.
Does bone loss preclude full-arch reconstruction?
Bone loss does not preclude treatment, but requires individualized selection of the method. With All-on-4 technology, two posterior implants are inserted at an angle, often allowing for the avoidance of atrophic areas without additional augmentation. In cases of significant bone loss, we consider bone regeneration, sinus lift, or zygomatic implants anchored in the zygomatic bone. The decision is made based on 3D tomography.
What material variants of full-arch dentures do we offer?

The final prosthetic restoration (the dental arch supported by implants) typically lasts 10 to 20 years, with the possibility of servicing and replacing components without damaging the implants themselves. Durability depends on hygiene, regular checkups, and the patient’s habits.
How to care for a full-arch denture on implants?
Caring for a fixed denture includes brushing at least twice daily, using an irrigator and dental floss specifically designed for implantology, and regular checkups every six months. We recommend professional cleaning once a year. A removable denture stabilized on two implants also requires removal for cleaning and periodic replacement of the retaining clips, which are subject to mechanical wear.
Is the full-arch implant procedure painful?
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, and in urgent cases, we additionally use sedation or general anesthesia with the assistance of an anesthesiologist. The patient feels no pain during the procedure. After the procedure, swelling, discomfort, or mild pain may occur for 3 to 7 days, which are effectively controlled with prescription painkillers. Follow-up visits are scheduled at 7, 14, and 30 days after the procedure.
When is a 2-implant denture a better choice than All on 4?
A removable denture on two implants (overdenture) is a more economical, faster-to-implement, and less surgically invasive solution. We recommend it to patients who want to eliminate the mobility issues associated with traditional dentures and reduce treatment costs. All-on-4 and All-on-6 are more advanced, fixed solutions that restore a feeling similar to natural teeth, but they require a greater surgical and financial investment. We discuss the choice individually.
How much does an implant-supported denture cost at Focus Clinic?
A removable denture stabilized on two implants costs from PLN 20,000. All-on-4, a surgical stage with temporary restoration, costs from PLN 25,000. The final prosthetic stage depends on the chosen material and ranges from PLN 25,000 (acrylic restoration), PLN 34,000 (ceramic-metal restoration), or PLN 38,000 (high-aesthetic porcelain restoration). All-on-6, a surgical stage, costs from PLN 35,000, and the prosthetic stage from PLN 30,000 (acrylic restoration), PLN 39,000 (ceramic-metal restoration), or PLN 43,000 (high-aesthetic porcelain restoration). An implant consultation costs from PLN 150 to 200, and you receive a detailed treatment plan free of charge after the Focus 360 diagnosis.
Can I split the payment for a full-arch denture?

We utilize three implant systems (Neodent, Straumann, and Nobel Biocare), allowing us to tailor the method to the most challenging cases.
