The structure is usually based on two or three implants supporting three or four prosthetic crowns, ensuring high mechanical stability and restoring full chewing function and proper distribution of bite forces. Each plan is created according to the proprietary Focus System protocol, and the prosthetic work is performed in our own Perfect Lab laboratory. Treatment begins with Focus 360 diagnostics, which includes a 3D computed tomography (CT) scan, a 2D digital X-ray, and an intraoral scan. 3D imaging allows us to precisely plan the implant placement site for each implant supporting the bridge, assess bone density in the reconstruction area, and safely avoid the maxillary sinuses and alveolar nerve. Depending on your circumstances, we use one of three implant systems (Neodent, Straumann, Nobel Biocare). In situations requiring bone regeneration before implantation, we perform augmentation or sinus lift. The procedure of implant placement for the bridge takes 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the number of implants, and is performed under local anesthesia. After the procedure, the implants require 3 to 6 months for full osseointegration with the bone. During the healing period, you can use a temporary bridge made at Perfect Lab. A temporary bridge restores aesthetics and chewing function from the very first days after the procedure, allowing you to function normally in both your professional and personal life. After osseointegration, we take digital impressions and design the final bridge using CAD/CAM technology, using premium materials such as full zirconia or porcelain with a zirconia base. Direct collaboration between the treating dentist and the prosthetic technician at Perfect Lab allows us to quickly make color and shape corrections and monitor every step of the process. Everything is handled within a single organization, eliminating the need to send the work to an external laboratory. What does the procedure of implanting implants under a bridge look like?
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and lasts from 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the number of implants. The doctor makes small incisions in the gum, prepares the bone beds, and inserts the implants. The wounds are closed with sutures. The final bridge is fabricated from solid zirconia or porcelain on a zirconia substructure at the Perfect Lab. Zirconia is characterized by biocompatibility, high resistance to chewing loads, and natural aesthetics that complement the remaining teeth. The choice of material depends on the bridge’s location (the anterior section requires greater translucency, the posterior section greater strength) and the patient’s aesthetic preferences.
Does bone loss preclude the use of an implant-supported bridge?
Bone loss does not preclude treatment, but may require preparatory procedures. Depending on the extent of bone loss, we perform bone augmentation (grafting), sinus lift, or use shorter implants. The decision regarding the method is made after analyzing a 3D tomography scan and assessing the patient’s overall health.
What are the contraindications to an implant bridge?
The main contraindications are uncontrolled diabetes, severe osteoporosis, active cancer treatment, blood clotting disorders, and untreated periodontal disease. Pregnancy and breastfeeding mean the procedure should be postponed. Smoking significantly reduces the chances of successful implant treatment. Full qualification is performed during a consultation at Focus Box after 3D tomography analysis.
Do I use a temporary bridge during treatment?
Yes, you can use a temporary bridge throughout the implant healing period, which restores aesthetics and chewing function. Is an implant-supported bridge comfortable in everyday use?
An implant-supported bridge behaves like natural teeth. It is permanently attached, does not move while eating or speaking, does not require removal at night, and does not require prosthetic adhesives. After a period of adaptation (from a few days to two weeks), most patients no longer notice the difference between the bridge and their own teeth.

How much does an implant-supported bridge cost at Focus Clinic?
A Standard implant-supported bridge with two crowns costs from PLN 5,000, and a Select bridge from PLN 7,000. A three-crown bridge costs from PLN 7,500 (Standard) or PLN 9,000 (Select). The cost includes the implant procedure (from PLN 2,500 for a Standard implant or PLN 3,500 for a Select implant). An implant consultation costs from PLN 150 to PLN 200. You will receive a final written treatment plan after the Focus 360 diagnosis.
