Invisible orthodontic aligners (INVISALIGN®, PRO SMILE®)
Invisalign® and Pro Smile® are modern orthodontic systems in the form of transparent, nearly invisible aligners. Their purpose is to properly position the teeth in the arch. Their advantage is that they can be removed and cleaned at any time.
Although they are an alternative to traditional solutions, they are unfortunately not suitable for correcting every type of malocclusion. Whether aligner treatment is appropriate for a patient is decided by the doctor after detailed diagnostics.
Fixed braces
Fixed orthodontic braces consist of brackets bonded to the teeth for the duration of treatment, either metal or aesthetic, as well as ligatures and an archwire.
Orthodontic treatment is planned by the doctor based on diagnostics, including a cephalometric X-ray.
Aesthetic braces
This is a type of fixed orthodontic appliance characterized by minimal visibility. They are made of crystal, ceramic, or porcelain.
They enable effective orthodontic treatment while maintaining complete or partial translucency.

STAGE I - BEFORE TREATMENT
The basis of treatment is a thorough examination of the patient in order to determine the condition and suitability for the procedure.
At Focus Clinic, the examination takes place in a modern radiology laboratory.
We perform examinations using, among others, a MyRay 3D panoramic unit, which enables three-dimensional imaging, including lateral cephalometric images, as well as a specialist intraoral X-ray unit.
This allows for precise diagnostics and therefore increases the chances of a successful procedure.
A detailed plan is created based on the data obtained during diagnosis and the conversation with the patient. We determine an individual treatment course, timeline, and proposed costs for each patient.
At Focus Clinic, within the Focus System®, the patient receives a detailed treatment plan free of charge, divided into 3 stages: what must be done, what should be done, and what can be done.

STAGE II - PROCEDURE
The orthodontic appliance is designed individually and made from high-quality materials. A specially prepared model is fitted onto the patient’s teeth. The placement method depends on the selected type of appliance.
The purpose of the appliance is to achieve the correct position of the teeth in the dental arch, as well as to restore proper occlusion between the maxilla and mandible.
Depending on the situation and the adopted plan, the doctor informs the patient about the estimated treatment duration and follow-up visit schedule. During these visits, the appliance is adjusted, which helps ensure treatment success.
STAGE III - AFTER TREATMENT
After orthodontic braces are removed, discoloration may remain on the teeth, which is why patients often decide on aesthetic procedures, including Beyond whitening and ICON treatment.
